Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to complain about an English course – Blended learning, which you provided to my school in exchange of headphones.
Although the placement and opening test looked very good and on a level, the following exercises and controlling tests were awful. How can you even offer grammar school students such an activity? Not only the level of English was very poor, but also the type of exercises. We first listen to the dialogue twice and then, again twice, we repeat it into the microphone. After that I see the dialogue four more times filling up sentences, which I already learnt by rote.
I would, frankly, like to see the effectiveness of the course. So if you can explain me in some intelligent way, how was I supposed to learn anything, I would be deeply grateful.
