"Sleep, food: It is necessary to sleep enough and eat helthy food with lots of vitamins and minerals. Healthy food is fresh, free of chemicals and additives, low in fat, sugar and salt, a lot of fibre (vláknina). The most healthy food is fruit and vegetable, especially fresh, we should eat 5-6 servings every day.
People shouldn’t eat unhealthy food - fatty food, high in fat, very salty, high in salt, with a lot of sugar, low in vitamins, canned (konzervované) vegetables or fruit. Some people are even vegetarians or vegans, they don’t eat meat, animal products, they think it is healthy.
Some people try to go on a diet - because they want to lose some weight or they have some health problems.
We shouldn’t: smoke, drink too much alcohol, we should avoid stress and unhealthy environments and what’s more, we have only one body and we should take care of it.
Smoking can cause serious health problems - for example cancer, heart disease, respiratory problems. But still many people smoke even if they know about these health problems. Teenagers start smoking to look interesting. It is a tragedy but smoking kills almost 3 million people every year.
Drug use unfortunately increases (zvyšuje) in the world, more and more young people are addicted. There are three types of drugs - hard, soft and legal. All three types can cause addiction, illnesses, or even death. Legal drugs include tobacco, alcohol, prescription medicine."
