"OUR HOUSE:
I live in a small village Metylovice close to Frýdlant nad Ostravicí. I live in a very big family house with my brother, my mother, Dušan, two dogs and a cat. It´s situated in the center of the village. Our house is very old. It was built in 20th century by my great-great-grandmother as a factory. Our house has three floors. I and my brother live on the third floor. In the past the whole family live there, but we renewed the other floors so my mother and Dušan live on the second floor. On the third floor there are a bathroom, living room, my bedroom and a kitchen where my brother lives. On the second floor there is a kitchen, living room connected with dining room, bed room of my parents and a dressing-room. On the first floor there is a bathroom, laundry and a cellar with garage.
We have also very big garden. There is a swimming pool and a pergola, where we spend our summer evenings.
Our house is very old and it wasn´t built for living. Due to this we have lots of problems. For example with humidity and mold.

MY ROOM:
My room was very ugly, but few months ago we reconstructed it. It was a very hard work, because we had to change everything. Now it looks friendlier and it is quite modern. In my bedroom I spend the biggest part of my free time. But in winter I don’t spend lot of time there, because it´s very cold room, because there are two big windows. I´ve got view to the garden and to the street. In my room there is a big black closet, black commode, small white coach and my desk. In the middle there is a huge bed. It is my favorite place in our house. I could spend the whole day there. In my room there isn´t lots of decoration and it look quite empty, but it will change.

HOUSE CHORES:
At home I have to do lots of things. I have to tidy my room, clean the bathroom and toilet, dust the furniture, do ironing and do dishwasher. In the past I had to water the plants, but they died, because I didn’t water them regularly.

LIVING IN CITIES x IN THE COUNTRY:

-In the country there is a beautiful nature. It is quite and air is fresh. There is very friendly atmosphere, because people know each other. On the other side there is a problem with transport. It is very hard to live in the country mainly for old sick people, because buses operated only three or four times a day. Also there isn´t very much of culture possibilities.

-LIFE IN TOWNS:
There is a very big amount of schools and shops, more and people often live closer to the place where they work. But people who live in the city often have less time and they live a busy and stressful life. Cities are noisy. There is polluted air and busy traffic."
